Jessica Buskard, M.A.Ed., BCBA, IBA has spent over 15 years supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in the autism and broader disability communities. As the founder of Polaris, she combines clinical expertise and advocacy experience to help families navigate complex systems, access meaningful supports, and create opportunities for growth and engagement.
